The Perfect Baked Potato

Believe it or not, not everyone knows how to make the perfect baked potato. Well, I'm here to show you how. Super easy...always perfect and delicious.

Ingredients

4 Large Russet Potatoes

Olive Oil

Kosher Salt

Aluminum Foil

4-6 Green Onions (Chopped Chives)

Crispy Bacon Crumbles (if desired)

Shredded Cheeses

Sour Crem

Butter

Directions

Rinse and scrub potatoes to rid of all dirt.

Place each potato on a large square of aluminum foil.

Poke holes in each potato, all the way around.

Drizzle with olive oil.

Sprinkle with Kosher salt.

Wrap in foil.

Place on a cookie sheet in a preheated 425 degree oven.

Bake for 1 to 1.5 hours or until potatoes feel tender when squeezed.

Remove potatoes from oven and allow to rest in foil for 10-15 minutes.

After resting, take potato out of foil. Cut a slit in the top of the potato, garnish with butter, cheese, bacon, sour cream and chives.

Serve.
