Looking for a fresh and fizzy cocktail to serve for a girls weekend or for a day at the pool? This Strawberry Prosecco Fizz is light, refreshing, and lip-smacking good.
8 Large, Fresh Strawberries, smashed
1 Teaspoon Agave Nectar
1/2 Cup Chilled, Fresca, 7Up or Sprite
1/2 of a Large Lemon, juiced
La Marca Prosecco to top off each glass
Ice 1
Lemon to Create 4 lemon Slices, for garnish
Fresh Mint Leaves for garnish
Cut and then smash strawberries in a pitcher with agave and lemon. Add the Fresca or other lemon lime soda, mix well together. Add ice in glasses. Add 2 spoonful of strawberry mix into each glass. Garnish with lemon and mint leaves. Top off with Prosecco in each glass. Enjoy!
