This green smoothie recipe is sweetened only with fruit and gets an extra dose of healthy omega-3s from flaxseeds.
1 medium banana
1 cup baby spinach
½ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
½ cup nonfat milk or unsweetened almond milk
6 frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon flaxseeds
Puree banana, spinach, yogurt, milk, strawberries and flaxseeds in a blender until smooth.
