If you love Chicken Teriyaki, this is a simpler way to make it. Ready in a snap with a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken.
1, 5 oz jar low sodium soy sauce
* Note, you can substitute bottled Teriyaki Sauce for the homemade sauce to make it even easier.
Cook rice according to package directions.
For the sauce, add soy sauce to a large skillet over medium, heat. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until it starts to thicken to oat the back of a spoon.
Remove from heat and whisk in the ginger, garlic, vinegar, sesame oil and fish sauce.
Toss Rotisserie Chicken in sauce. Serve with sticky rice & steamed broccoli.
Garnish with fresh pineapple chunks and cilantro, if desired.
