Roasted asparagus is so delicious and so easy. It's the perfect healthy side to almost any family meal!
Asparagus
Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Fresh Cracked Pepper
Wash asparagus and pat dry. Bend the end of your asparagus until it naturally breaks and discard of the tough end.
Place asparagus on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll around with hands to make sure all is well coated.
Place asparagus in the oven on broil and cook for 7-10 minutes, depending on thickness of asparagus.
After cooking, remove from oven and serve.
