1 sheet of Pepperidge Farm Puffed Pastry
1 wheel of Brie
2 tablespoons Blueberry Jam (or any jam you prefer)
3 tbl Sliced Almonds
1 Egg
1 tbl Hot Honey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Thaw your sheet of puffed pastry. Once thawed, add a little flour to a flat surface. Place pasty on top of floured surface and roll out to a larger sheet. Approximately 1/4 inch thick.
Place wheel of brie in the center of the pastry.
Smear blueberry jam on top of the brie.
Fold pastry around the brie, gathering in the middle and twisting at the top.
Brush with a beaten egg.
Sprinkle with almonds.
Drizzle with hot honey.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until pastry is puffed and golden brown. Once cooked, remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Serve alongside crackers or small toasts. Enjoy!
