Prosciutto, Pesto, & Goat Cheese Naan Pizza w/ Arugula

Looking for a quick and easy homemade pizza recipe? These individual pizzas built on Indian Style Flatbread (or Naan) are super simple and delicious. All you need are a few simple ingredients and you have dinner and a salad, all in one.

Ingredients

1 Package Indian Style Flatbread (or Naan)

1 Jar of Pesto (or Fig Spread)

1 Package Prosciutto

1 Carton Crumbled Goat Cheese

1 Pre-Sliced Roll of Fresh Mozzarella (if desired)

1 Red Onion, Sliced Thin

1 Bag Fresh Arugula

1 Bottle Balsamic Glaze

Directions

If using a pizza oven, heat to 500 degrees. After coming to temp, turn down before putting your pizza in. If not using a pizza oven, preheat your regular oven to 475.

To build your pizzas, lay one piece of Naan down on a cookie sheet. Add 1 tablespoon pesto or fig spread to the top and spread evenly.

Pile several slices of prosciutto on top. Add thin sliced red onion. Sprinkle goat cheese and a few slices of fresh mozzarella if you wish.

Add pizza to the either oven. Heat until bubbly. Remove from oven and allow to set aside for 3 minutes.

Top with fresh arugula and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Slice and enjoy!
