6 mini sweet bell peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded

3/4 cup pimiento cheese spread

Minced chives for garnish

Directions

Wash & slice mini sweet peppers in half, lengthwise. Remove seeds.

Fill each pepper half with about 1 teaspoon cheese spread. 

Sprinkle with chopped chives.
