You're gonna want this Orange Vinaigrette recipe for Summer. Great on almost any salad. Especially ones that are fruit inspired. Yum!
1/4 Cup Chili Oil or Olive Oil
Juice of 1/2 Blood Orange
1 Tablespoon Champagne Vinegar
1/2 Shallot (Finely Diced)
1 Garlic Clove (Minced)
2 Tablespoons of Mike’s Hot Honey
Pinch of Salt
Few Cranks Black Pepper
Mix all ingredients in a mason jar with lid and shake. Allow to sit for a minimum of 1 hour to allow all ingredients to marry.
