2-3 lb pork tenderloin
1 package LaTiara Taco Seasoning
1 large sweet onion, sliced
3 tri-colored Bell Peppers, seeds removed and sliced
4-6 whole green onions
1/4 cup Sriracha
1 cup of any store-bought salsa you prefer
Place everything in your crockpot and cook on lowest setting for 8-10 hours.
When cooking is complete, take 2 forks and shred easily.
