There’s really nothing quite like homemade herb butter. It’s great on steaks, fish, pork chops, bread, a shoe 😆. Really, it’s the best and it so simple to make!
2 sticks of salted, room temperature butter
1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme, minced
1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced
1/2 teaspoon fresh chives, minced
Allow better to come to room temp. Add to a large mixing bowl, throw in all herbs. Blend with a blender. Wrap in plastic wrap. Store in the fridge for at least 1 hour to harden, if you wish. Serve on anything you wish. 😋
