Ingredients

1 package of Mama Mary's Original Pizza Crusts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 sweet onion

1 lb lean ground hamburger

1-1/2 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning

1 egg

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1/4 cup mayo

4 tbsp ketchup

1 tsp Louisiana Hot Sauce

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup dill pickle chips

1 tablespoon mustard

1/2 bag shredded iceberg lettuce

1 Roma Tomato

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Lay three pizza crusts flat on a cookie sheet.

Beat the egg with 1 tablespoon water and brush the edges of the dough with the egg wash mixture. Sprinkle the edges with the sesame seeds.

Brown the onion in a skillet with the olive oil over medium heat. When the onion is caramelized, add the hamburger, season with Montreal Steak Seasoning, and brown the hamburger. Cook until no longer pink and drain any excess fat.

Meanwhile, combine the mayo, 2-1/2 tablespoons ketchup, and the hot sauce in a small dish and whisk until smooth. Spread this mixture over the base of each pizza crust with the back of a spoon.

Top with the cooked ground beef & onion mixture.

Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.

Drizzle the remaining mustard over the top of the pizza, followed by the dill pickle chips.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the center is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.

Let cool slightly and top with iceberg lettuce and diced Roma tomatoes before slicing. Enjoy!
