HERBY BUTTER is good for so many things. It’s great for sauces. Amazing to top over fish, chicken or steaks while grilling. And, to spread over a hot slice of bread. This make-ahead recipe is quick and easy and can be stored in the fridge or freezer.

Ingredients

2 Sticks of Softened Butter

2 Tablespoon Fresh Baby Chives (Chopped)

2 Tablespoon Fresh Dill (Chopped)

2 Tablespoon Fresh Italian Parsley (Chopped)

2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)

Directions

Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat with a mixer. Once combined, split the mixture up into two equal parts. Add to the top of 2 large pieces of plastic wrap. Wrap herby butter into a log and place in the fridge up to 1 week. Or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Cut off slices as needed.
