Herbal Vinaigrette

Making your own homemade salad dressing is SO MUCH BETTER than a preservative-filled, bottled dressing from the grocery store. I promise, once you see how easy it is, and how great it tastes, you’ll never go back!

Ingredients

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

1 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 cup chopped herbs: fresh baby chives, fresh oregano, fresh basil, fresh dill

Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Whisk together all ingredients. Store at room temp before serving. Store in fridge for up to 1 week.
