Grilled Tilapia w/ Spicy Avocado & Mango Salsa

This grilled tilapia recipe with avocado mango salsa is super healthy, fresh and delicious. Perfect for a summer dinner. Or anytime really. Serve with my grilled artichokes and a simple side salad and you have a meal that would compete with any restaurant. A must try!

Ingredients

For the Tilapia

4 Tilapia Filets

1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika

1 Teaspoon Cumin

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar

1 Teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper

1/4 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

1-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

For the Salsa

1 Mango (peeled and diced)

1/2 Red onion (finely diced)

1 Bunch of Chopped Cilantro

1/2 Cup of Diced Cherry Tomatoes 

1 Jalapeño (finely diced)

Pinch of Salt

Juice of 1 Lime (add the zest too if you like it extra limey)

Directions

Sprinkle olive oil on both sides of tilapia and season. Heat grill on medium high heat. Grill 3 minutes per side or until done. Top with mango salsa after cooking. Enjoy!
