My girlfriend, Gayle, has been bringing her famous sausage queso to our parties for almost 20-years. And, if she shows up without it...well, let's just say there's hell to pay. :-) This is especially a favorite of all the men in the house!
1 Roll of Jimmie Dean Hot sausage
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
1 can Rotel
Brown the sausage in a pan and drain off excess fat. Add the cream cheese and melt together. Add the cream cheese and Rotel. Serve with tortilla chips.
