This creamy, tangy appetizer combines smooth, whipped Boursin cheese with the bright flavors of cranberry and pepper jelly, enhanced by a hint of orange zest. Perfect with crackers or melba toasts, it’s a simple yet stunning addition to your holiday finger food spread!

Ingredients

2 packages Boursin Garlic and Herb Cheese

4 oz cream cheese

1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream

Zest of 1/2 an orange

1/2 jar Brimstone Cranberry Jalapeno Pepper Jelly

2 green onions

1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

Crackers or melba toasts

Directions

In a food processor or mixing bowl, combine softened Boursin cheese, softened cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, and orange zest. Pulse until the mixture is light, fluffy, and well-blended.

Spoon the whipped cheese mixture into a serving plate, and use the back of a spoon or spatula to smooth out the surface.

Carefully spoon the cranberry-pepper jelly over the whipped cheese, spreading it to cover the surface.

Sprinkle chopped chives and pomegranate seeds over the top for a festive touch of color, crunch, and flavor. Serve with crackers or melba toasts.
