This is literally one of the easiest meals to make, but looks so extra. Want to impress your family or dinner guests?This is the one that will make you look like a gourmet cook. But, oh so easy!
PORK INGREDIENTS
1, 2 lbs whole pork tenderloin
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 jar course ground dijon mustard
BURST TOMATO SAUCE INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp course ground dijon mustard
1-1/2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
1/4 white wine
2 cups cherry tomatoes
BLISTERED GREEN BEANS
1 pkg french green beans
1 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
OVEN ROASTED POTATOES INGREDIENTS
1.5 lb bag baby potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
PORK DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to broil. On a parchment lined cookie sheet, lay pork down and cover all sides with olive oil and then dijon. Put in the oven on broil for 15-18 minutes or until pork is cooked to 145 degrees. Remove from oven, tent with foil, and allow to sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
BURST TOMATO SAUCE
Place all ingredients in to a pan and cook until tomatoes burst and sauce has slightly thickened.
BLISTERED GREEN BEANS
Place all ingredients into a cast iron skillet and sauté on high until green beans are blistered and still slightly crunchy.
OVEN ROASTED POTATOES
Preheat oven to 425. Cut potatoes in half, toss with olive oil and seasoning. Use hands to make sure all sides of the potatoes are covered. Pour on to a cookie sheet and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are golden and cooked through.
ASSEMBLY
Slice pork thin. Pour a small spoonful of tomato sauce on top of pork. Serve alongside green beans and potatoes. Enjoy!
