Charcuterie boards are still all the rage! This Christmas Wreath Charcuterie is a super festive way to display all of those wonderful meats and cheeses during the holidays. Just a few simple ingredients and Voila!…let the holidays begin!
2 packages fresh rosemary
3 packages fresh basil
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1, 10-oz. jar colossal olives with pimento
1, 8-oz tub of mozzarella bocconcini
8 oz. thinly sliced prosciutto
8 oz. thinly sliced salami
Arrange salami, basil and rosemary in a ring on a large round platter, board, or lazy susan.
Scatter tomatoes, green olives ad bocconcini on top.
Tuck folded salami and prosciutto into the empty spaces. Fill in with additional basil, rosemary, olives and tomatoes where needed to create your Christmas wreath look.
