Cajun Grilled Mahi Mahi

If you are not sure about fish and want to try one that is not fishy at all and has a nice mild flavor and texture...mahi mahi is the fish for you. Grill it up with this cajun marinate and it will have you saying, "I love fish!"

Ingredients

4 Mahi Mahi Planks

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1/2 Stick Melted Butter

1 Tablespoon Old Bay Cajun Seasoning

1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions

Melt butter. Add Olive Oil, Old Bay, and Black Pepper.

Baste each fish plank with butter mixture.

Throw on a hot grill and grill both sides until not longer pink. Around 3 minutes per side. Enjoy!
