This Burrata Salad with oranges, avocado, candied pecans and orange vinaigrette is perfect for Summer. The star of the show if that creamy burrata that packs a delicate punch. Yum!

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS FOR SALAD

Field Greens 1 Blood Orange (Peeled & Segmented)

1 Avocado (Cubed)

2 Balls of Burrata (Broken Apart)

Baby Chives

1/4 Cup Candied Pecans

ORANGE VINAIGRETTE SALAD DRESSING INGREDIENTS

INGREDIENTS

1/4 Cup Chili Oil or Olive Oil

Juice of 1/2 of a Navel or Blood Orange

1 Tablespoon Champagne Vinegar

1/2 Shallot Finely Diced

1 Garlic Clove (Minced)

Pinch of Salt

Few Cranks Black Pepper

2 Tablespoons Mike’s Hot Honey

Directions

TO MAKE DRESSING

Mix all ingredients in a mason jar with lid and shake.

TO ARRANGE THE SALAD

Add lettuce to the bowl.

Top with segmented oranges & diced avocado.

Sprinkle with candied pecans.

Add balls of burrata (crack open).

Sprinkle baby chives on top.

Drizzle salad dressing over the top.

Toss & Enjoy.
