Best Ever Pork Chop Marinade

Pork

My family and I LOVE this pork chop marinade. It’s super delish and a hit every time. My only advice? Double the recipe because it’s great for basting while on the grill and for dipping. 😋

Ingredients

4 Bone In Pork Chops

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce

1/3 honey

2 tablespoons jarred minced garlic (or 5 cloves, minced)

2 tablespoons dijon mustard

2 tablespoons jarred minced ginger

1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper

1/3 cup olive oil

Directions

Put pork chops in a ziplock bag. Pour marinade over chops, reserving 1/3 cup for basting and dipping. Seal bag and making sure the air is pushed out of the bag. Massage bag to make sure marinade covers the chops evenly. Put chops back in the fridge and allow to marinade for a minimum of 4 hours, up to over night. The longer you marinade, the better they are.

To cook, add chops to a hot grill. Sear on the first side. Flip and baste with more marinade. Flip. Baste the other side. Allow to cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until chops have reached an internal temp of 145°. You’re gonna love this one!
