Ingredients

1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Steel Cut Oats

1-½ cups Califia Farms Vanilla Almond Milk Creamer

1 tablespoon Flax Seeds

1 teaspoon Clearly Organics Cinnamon

¼ cup fresh blueberries

¼ cup fresh raspberries

¼ cup fresh strawberries, halved or quartered

½ banana, sliced

2 Tablespoons walnuts, toasted

Sprinkle, Swerve Sweetener Brown Sugar Replacement

Directions

In a medium saucepan, boil steel cut oats according to package directions. Once oats are cooked, transfer 1 cup to a deep serving bowl. Sprinkle on flax seeds. Add all berries, banana and toasted walnuts. Sprinkle all fruit with Swerve Brown Sugar and Cinnamon and add a generous drizzle of Almond Milk Creamer to the top. Stir (or not) and enjoy right away.
